Legion

The legion is a late Iron Age infantry unit and the upgraded form of the Long Swordsman, upgrading this unit into Legions also requires the Fanaticism technology.

In Game Strategy

Available early, cheap and with a massive HP, the Legion is mostly used as a Iron age rushing unit, but Civilizations with bonuses (Romans and Choson) might use them later as well. Especially in Deathmatch the Choson Legion has proved to be devastating.
