Gunpowder unit

Gun powder units are a specific group of units in Age of Empires II that use gunpowder powered weapons, such as firearms and cannon. They usually require chemistry to be researched before they can be created and sometimes another specific technology, only available after chemistry was researched. The hand cannoneer and the bombard cannon require only Chemistry to be created. Bombard tower, cannon galleon and elite cannon galleon also require other technologies to be created.

Note: The unique units (janissary, elite janissary, conquistador and elite conquistador) don't require Chemistry to be researched, all they require is a castle.
